Account Representative: The Account Representative position assists clients with the daily activity on their accounts. From assisting the Account Executives in the placement of new business, to the processing of renewal policies on behalf of existing clients. Qualifications for this position include a Property & Casualty Agent/Broker License, a minimum of 5 years relevant insurance experience and excellent communication skills.

Account Executive: The primary goal of an Account Executive is to provide a high level of support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding and servicing of commercial accounts. Qualifications for this position include a Property & Casualty Agent/Broker License, a minimum of 7 years relevant insurance experience and excellent communication skills.

Administrative Assistant: The Administrative Assistant is a key player at Novick Group. Responsibilities include data entry, policy review and preparation for mailing, maintenance of files, distribution of mass mailings, and other various general office projects that may occur. Qualifications for this position include knowledge of Microsoft Office, previous data entry experience, and minimum 2 years general office experience.

Producer: The Producer is responsible for new business sales at Novick Group. Challenges include marketing of new leads and meeting with prospective clients to risk management analysis and preparation of thorough proposals for those prospects. Qualifications for the Producer position include a strong desire to meet new people, network and sell with a professional and consultative approach. Property & Casualty background a plus but not required.

Assistant Account Representative: The Assistant Account Representative supports the Account Representative in processing transactions on behalf of the clients. Transactions include processing policy changes, examining audits, following up with underwriters and clients, filing, and data entry. Qualifications for the this position include a Property & Casualty Agent/Broker License or the interest in pursuing a license, a minimum of 2 years relevant insurance experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work as a team player.
