General Liability coverage found in the Package is generally limited to routine administration and premises operations of the insured. Premise operations, as the term is used here, means use and occupancy by the association of an office, hotel, conference facility or convention center. Association operations such as athletic events, concerts, outdoor & unusual fund raisers and certain exhibit events open to the public are excluded under the Package general Liability policy.

What's Covered
Bodily injury and property damage arising from specific operations of the association as described in the application for coverage. Participant accident coverage is available as an option.

Who's Covered
The association as well as additional insureds such as municipalities and hotels if approved by the insurance carrier.

Value to Association
Special Event Liability plays an essential role by insuring necessary activities of the association that are excluded under the Package General Liability coverage.
