How Does ShowGuard™ Liability Help Protect Your Association
Few associations have the time or resources it takes to monitor whether their exhibitors are providing insurance certificates and whether these certificates meet your exhibit contract requirements. When you insure with ShowGuard™ your exhibitors have the option to secure the coverage required in your rental agreement quickly and inexpensively. Once an online transaction is completed a certificate of insurance naming NGA (and the convention center if you choose) as an additional insured on the exhibitor policy is automatically issued.

Of course your exhibitors can make other insurance arrangements so long as the required coverage is maintained and a certificate of insurance is provided. For as little as $0.85 per exhibitor we will monitor certificate compliance and follow up as many as four times with any exhibitor not participating in the ShowGuard™ Program that has not provided you with the required certificate of insurance.

Most booth rental agreements make it clear that the association is not responsible for loss or damage of any property in the exhibitor’s booth or to the booth itself for that matter. With ShowGuard™ Property your exhibitors can purchase up to $1,000,000 of insurance to cover their property while it’s on the showroom floor as well as in transit to and from your show.
